Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. 

Pickup orders can be collected during business hours at The Soap Bar. 

Undeliverable packages that are returned can be reshipped or refunded with a 15% restocking fee.

International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, and other fees that are not shown at the time of your purchase. These import fees are not included in your shipping rate and will be charged once the goods arrive in your destination country.
